This time I used serifs--Modern no:20 and Poster Bodoni. I played around w/the positioning and added some color in some layouts or muted down whites. I then tried some fading effects. Still doesn't feel quite right. I will try italic serifs and broken down sans-serifs. In the meantime, I would appreciate your critique.

PS: ignore the white line--I put it there only to see the gutter.
